  Liked: Clean, lovely polite reception staff, life guard and bar staff, comfy bed, rooms cleaned daily and reasonable size, showers were powerful and always hot. Short transfer from airport not too far from the beach and bars and restaurants (assuming beach access evens is open, but be aware this is closed by 6pm). Lots of ice avaliable at the bars and drinks coke/ fanta/sprite dispensers that kids could use easily and quickly.

  Disliked: Food selection and drink selection was poor and the all inclusive aspect generally was not 4* quality. I've been to many better 3* hotels. Kitchens were clearing up early, and often food was cold. Poor salad bar choice. Extremely busy restaurant with often drinks machines not working and some quite impolite resturant staff clearing tables. Two out of the 4 slides have a height restriction of 150cm. So I would say that the children aged 8-13 that this hotel would attract probably couldn't go on the slides. Lots of irritating time restrictions. Beach access closes at 6pm, pay 10 euro deposit for beach towels but the towel hut is only open for short periods of time. So it's difficult to get money back on last day. Safety deposit box not included. All inc finished ay 11pm. Only 1 sunbed per adult available in hotel and people reserve loads of sunbeds for them and kids so really you can't get a seat (we had 3 full days at this hotel, but gave up. Went to beach 2 days and therefore weren't able to enjoy the all inclusive option we'd paid for!) Also we were locked out of our room at 10.50am on the last day. When check out was 11. Checking out turned into lots of hassle. The reception was often extremely busy to short out these kind of issues. All in all, for me this holiday was quite expensive and just not at all relaxing for a short trip.

  Liked: We had read quite a few mixed reviews about this hotel before our stay, but we decided to come with an open mind. As we were travelling with two teenagers, we thought the waterslides and the entertainment might outweigh some of the inevitable downsides of a large all-inclusive resort, such as crowds and canteen-style food. On the positive side, the hotel is well located, close to the beach and the centre of Magaluf. All the staff we encountered — at reception, in the restaurant and with the animation team — were friendly, helpful and service-minded. Unfortunately, that is where the positives largely end. In all our years of travelling and reviewing hotels, we have rarely experienced a property with so many issues. Just to mention a few: - We specifically requested a top-floor room but were given a ground-floor apartment instead. - Although the apartment was spacious, which was appreciated, there were multiple visible mould spots on the walls, both in the living room and the bathroom. - We are used to hotels in Spain having limited sound insulation, but this was on another level. We could hear virtually every word spoken by our neighbours. - The pool area looked extremely tired and in need of refurbishment. The sunbeds were completely worn out and so uncomfortable that it felt almost like lying directly on the floor. - A large part of the pool area also appeared poorly maintained and simply dirty. Overall, we felt that the hotel does not offer good value for money, even taking the waterslides into consideration. Compared with other 4-star hotels in Mallorca, we expected a significantly higher standard. It is honestly a shame, because the hotel has great potential: the location is good, the staff are lovely, and the waterslides are a real asset for families with teenagers. However, the property is in desperate need of a substantial renovation and refurbishment, both inside and out, to bring it up to the standard expected of a 4-star hotel.

  Commercial loud crowded and unkind, don't recommend

  Liked: Very confortable and clean room with aircon

  Disliked: Hôtel vibe, super loud silly timetables for amenities, felt super crowded, food terrible and very unhealthy, almost no decent vegetarian options. Toboggans are not good and all the same anyway... Will never be back for sure.
