  Wouldn’t stay in this hotel again … sorry!

  Liked: The main hotel looked like it was kept clean which was nice to see after my room experience but maybe this was because this is the “face” of the hotel. The staff were nice and pleasant. The buffet was okay, it had some questionable sausages each day. Nice sea view and big balcony.

  Disliked: The room was not clean at all. Hair in the shower (public hair). The corners of the room and bathroom had dirt collection in it, where the broom is slightly moved around as well as the mop. I asked for this to be rectified the cleaner was not happy and made a half attempt and cleaning, so I asked for the broom and dustpan to do it myself. When we moved one of the chairs there was a plastic sweet container there. I literally had to wipe everything down before I used it. The mini fridge was not cleaned at all. The peddle bin in the bathroom was broken. There was red nail varnish sprayed over the floor and walls, obviously where a previous guest had dropped it, but surely a bit of nail varnish remover could have been used before the next guests. The bed lounger on the balcony’s pillows were absolutely saturated from the recent rain, not sure why the staff wouldn’t cover this stuff to protect it? I felt like this was more of a 3 star rather then 4 star or perhaps due to the fact that it’s magaluf some of the guests may not look after the rooms like they should in a 4 star, I have stayed in a few 3 stars in Palmanova which should be a 4 star so unsure how this place gets to a 4. I was not aware there were 2 separate buildings, I feel like we were put in the run down part and not the nice thing art of the main hotel, which is unfair as it cost a lot of money for 3 nights for 2 people. Or they have given up looking after the place as it’s coming to the end of the season, which again is unfair as you treat all the guests with a high service when still charging the same.

  the hotel is located directly on the beach

  Liked: the hotel is located directly on the beach, nice view. the beach is located in the bey, so we are sheltered from the winds and the open sea. south side

  Disliked: front side/garden is too noisy at night due to drunken guests. Also, guests shout to each other between balconies, which is annoying.

  Great location, facilities but mixed opinion on food

  Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful. The view from the sea view room was amazing. Great way to wake up. It was a great advantage of being right on the beach we could swim and chill on the beach nip back for lunch and get straight back to the beach

  Disliked: We always go all inclusive for the convenience but the food was a mixed bag. Some days the food was good but other we had to go out and get food after visiting the buffet

  Great location, lovely staff!

  Liked: Very good buffet breakfeast, fruits, cereals etc. Also at check-out the staff offered to use the spa free of charge while I am waiting to leave to the airport so I did not pay extra charge for late checkout. Also I could place my luggages in a safe room.

  Disliked: It would have been nice to have a microvawe in the room.

  Not a four star but neither was the price

  Liked: Right on sea front and staff were friendly food was average not too much choice

  Disliked: Hotel is rated as a 4 star but is at best 3 star reasons for this is quality and food choices limited. Lift has issues so had to use stairs or be prepared for long wait for lift. The spa you have to book and do not try and book 24 hours in advance give at least 48 hours and limited slots as small and can only fit 6 in. No tea or coffee facilities in room towels and bedding pack quality of a 4 star as does the facilities. If you are looking for beach front location and not too fussed about good quality food then I would recommend as the saying goes you get what you pay for if you want 4 star pay extra for it
