Disliked: The menu at the pool bar during the day changed from last year...not a great selection for a snack during the day.

Liked: Good location. Nice reception staff.Television had plenty of English stations.

Disliked: Was very disappointed with our stay. The Nova was always really clean but that has changed. Bed clothes not changed during our stay. Dressed our own bed every day. Had to ask the cleaning person to clean our bathroom on one occasion. We were unable to get a late checkout, so we were advised that we could leave our bags in the storage room and avail of a shower prior to leaving. Unfortunately we were unable to avail of a shower as both the changing area and shower were really dirty. Floor wet and covered in hair. Air conditioning is not working properly even though a maintenance guy attempted to fix it. Won't be returning..

Good value fair price for a last minute stay, great location but was quite unclean

Liked: Location was great, Maria at pool bar does the most, very good! Fair price, supermarket nearby

Disliked: We had a cockroach in our bathroom, ants across our Kitchenette which wasn’t ideal if we were cooking. Floor wasn’t clean. General standard of cleanliness in the room but in communal areas was good.
