  Liked: I was very happy with the staff. Everyone was kind and helpful. I especially want to thank Sheila, who was very sweet and helped me a lot during my stay. She was really wonderful. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and had a good experience. I think with a few small improvements, it could be even better.

  Disliked: One thing I missed was having a small fridge in the room. I think it would be very useful, especially on very hot days, to have cold water available during the night. I also want to mention the cats. I am allergic to cats, so this was a little difficult for me. I could not leave the windows open because the cats would come into the room and hide there. I found this quite uncomfortable. I understand that for people who like cats or are not allergic, this is probably not a problem, but for someone with an allergy, it can make the stay less comfortable.

  Liked: Wasn’t too far from everything, quiet accommodation and nice staff

  Disliked: Air con was pretty much non existent. Just a fan on the wall that blows out hot air. Had to go to a different venue to pick up and leave back key cards
