  Our second visit, liked the apartment. Would start again

  Liked: Very well maintained & clean.

  Disliked: Location up a hill may be difficult for some. Swimming pool was very cold - it’s not heated.

  Overpriced should not sell all inclusive when hotel is so empty

  Liked: Hotel was clean, tidy and well maintained snack bar was good

  Disliked: Ants in room, bathroom sink didn’t drain, do not book all inclusive in October! Everything is closed barely any drinks left, hardly any food definitely not worth the price

  Liked: I like that is clean and is close to all the areas from the iland.

  Disliked: I didn’t like that they dont have a interior pool or the outside pool is not wormd up, in bad wheater is hard to find something nice to do else then going to sauna or pool.

  Liked: The staff were all so up beat, helpful and real... The View I had was super of the mountains, the hotels in the distance, the pools... But on top of all the great features... My stay was upbeat and fun because a class of students... In their free time kept, it entertaining with staff... Music excellente!!! I will look nowhere else to stay!!! I will be returning next year... God willing!!!

  Liked: We stayed here for 2 nights after a 6 night stay in Santa Ponca. The rooms (or suites) were absolutely fine, bed was comfy, Pillows were comfy (spares in cupboard), bathroom was decorated and working well (shower temp consistent) tv was large and has multiple uk channels, dining table, full length mirror etc etc.It has obviously been overhauled fairly recently. The 2 staff we actually did speak to were nice. Luggage room available.

  Disliked: Ok so, this place was a gamble. Had I looked a bit harder for more reviews on Booking.com I wouldn't have booked to stay here. Yes the hotel has some good bits but you can imagine my anxiety when I asked the receptionist at our previous hotel in Santa Ponca to book us a taxi for here and she pulled a face that made my stomach drop. The hotel is sat almost at the top of a very steep hill. No good for physical disabilities. The pool has a resident dj who pumps out trance/dance music pretty much from 11am to 6pm so forget a peaceful sunbathing day. If you have a hangover, best go to the beach. Our bedroom sat on the roadside, so at 7.30/8am we were woken up by the bin men, car horns and general traffic. We didnt opt in for breakfast as thats €14 each per day. We aren't big on breakfast anyway. Pool towels require a refundable deposit of €20 each. Air con in the room very dated, did not work. Couldn't open the doors or windows as the poolside dj was still doing his set. Poolside bar open til 10pm, expect it to be busy and noisy. Sofabed smelled a bit funky and wasnt comfy to sit on. Nowhere to sit in the room and do your hair and makeup. What topped it off the most was when I booked this hotel on Booking.com, it stated you paid at the hotel so I had cash ready. Unbeknownst to me, they took the payment out of my account 2 days prior with no notification. I was not overly happy if Im honest. The hotel obviously a draw for big groups of youngsters who are either there on a sports event or to sample in the delights of the local nightlife. If you want the opposite of our experience pay a bit more and go elsewhere. I was honestly on the verge of taking the hit and rebooking the 2 nights at our previous hotel but my partner talked me out of it.

  Liked: Breakfast was various and room itself was good.

  Disliked: Hospitality wasn't their best suit. First night, one of our beach towels fell from the balcony on an unapproachable surface for the guests, and the staff said it will be retrieved so I should pick it up the next morning or during the day. In the morning it was still below the balcony, and later that day it was gone so I checked with the staff but apparently they haven't found it.
