  Good hotel but service customer needs to improve

  Liked: Breakfast was cool with variety to choose, special mention to Nela, the star!

  Disliked: Service customer, few people in reception didn't take care about the customers as it should be. In the bar sadly David didn't exceed the expectations for this kind of hotel... We didn't feel well trated sadly.

  Liked: we were moved hotel - and were upgraded to half board - while this was not the hotel we booked the staff were very helpful,

  Disliked: It was not the hotel we had booked, and by that stage it was too late to cancel and find another hotel that would have been better suited to our needs.

  There were more pros than cons, but the water really put a damper on things—had to wear flip-flops all the time

  Liked: Fine location, very kind staff, big room.

  Disliked: Water from the shower would flood the entire bathroom floor every single time, doesn’t have wi-fi in my room.

  Fantastic!!!!

  Liked: This hotel is definitely worth recommending! It is very clean, and the breakfasts are absolutely delicious with a huge variety of options. The location is perfect—just a few minutes' walk to the beach, and it’s equally close to all the restaurants and clubs. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. I will definitely be back next year! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
