  Liked: The apartment is incredible! It has everything for a comfortable stay: a variety of appliances – oven, toaster, kettle, capsule coffee machine, pizza cutter, plenty of dishes and food storage containers, spices, olive oil, foil for cooking, a large smart TV with services like Netflix, YouTube, AppleTV and a sound system, a BOSE Bluetooth speaker you can even take with you, a large fridge with freezer (we bought ice and made our own cold drinks), a bathroom with a thermostat mixer, a storage room with a beach umbrella, badminton rackets, beach tennis rackets with balls, yoga mat, dumbbells, etc. The highlight of the apartment is the balcony on the 14th floor with a stunning view over the entire Magaluf beach and unforgettable sunsets every day. Cafés, restaurants, and shops are all within walking distance. The beach access is directly from the ground floor of the building – super convenient! During midday heat we returned home, relaxed on the shaded balcony with a sea breeze and enjoyed the sound of the waves. Special thanks to Lynn! Our flight was delayed, and we also had a long and stressful car rental experience, but despite the late hour, she waited for us and handed over the keys.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, there are also some downsides. Some are more serious, some minor – everyone can decide for themselves. I hope the owner takes this as constructive feedback for improvement rather than just criticism: Air conditioning. In the living room it doesn’t cool at all. In the bedroom it never reached 17°C and got worse each day. On the 2nd night at 5 AM we were woken by a loud bang – at first we thought someone hit the window or door, but it turned out to be the outdoor AC unit shutting itself off. On the 6th day at 8 AM, water started dripping from the bedroom unit directly onto my head! I checked – the filters were extremely dirty. I had read reviews mentioning the same issue years ago, so it seems it hasn’t been solved. Front door. It has sagged. To close it, you need to slam it very hard, which is noisy for both neighbors and ourselves. To lock it with the key, you must lift the door; otherwise the key won’t turn. Noise. Since the apartment is on the top floor, there is a technical lift room nearby. The old door doesn’t insulate the sound, so the lifts are clearly audible. After what happened on the 2nd night, we didn’t feel safe. A lock that can only be closed from the inside might help. Rain shower. It didn’t work. I had to fix it myself – the small filter inside the showerhead was clogged. After cleaning, it worked fine, but it clearly needs regular maintenance. Kitchen knives. Very dull. Cutting vegetables was almost impossible. A simple €5 sharpener would solve this. Safe. Didn’t work. And even if it did, I found no instructions on how to use it. A small note or sticker with instructions would help.

  Disliked: This property never gave us the keys or check in instructions, I tried messaging and it wouldn’t work, then I called many times and they did now pick up, we tried for over 2 hours, buzzing the apartment and even went to the door but nothing. We expect full refund and coverage for the last minting booking that we had to make at a different hotel. This person should not be allowed on boooking.com absolutely ridiculous service and waste of our time on vacation and money. I can send all proof as we videoed the whole experience in an email. Please provide me with an address to send it to
