Liked: Smooth and efficient check in and room was ready before mid-day. Staff were excellent explaining the amenities offered in the hotel and also throughout our stay. Fantastic room with an unrestricted view of the Med. We will definitely be back to Zel Mallorca, just wish we had booked for longer!
