  A very bright spacious comfortable apartment, very quiet, close to the bus station, lovely staff

  Liked: The Lady on reception at the Artiem Capri in Mahon, gave me the door card and walked over to the apartment with me to show me where to go, it wasn't far but I really appreciate this. Also I got in a lot earlier than the advertised check in time which is definitely a plus point

  Disliked: I read the leaflet about the apartments, it says " *Long stays (more than 5 days) include cleaning and a change of towels and bed linen". As I was staying more than 5 days I expected it to happen, but I got no cleaning. My rubbish and recycling was building up and I had to sit in my room next to an overflowing recycling bin. I went out into the street and found the bins, this was not a problem, but they did not even leave a spare bin bag. If it states "stays over 5 days you get cleaning", then you should get it, or delete that from the leaflet and advise people to buy rubbish bags and where to go to dispose of it. The kitchen lacked some essentials like scissors to open packets, a proper cutting knife and a pot to make tea of coffee, only a very small moka pot.

  Interesting stay out of season, however with limited bus connections

  Liked: Luggage storage before and after check-in is available at reception. Location close to the bus station (350 m), a well-stocked supermarket (280 m), 400 m to Plaça de s'Esplanada. Free use of the mini-spa area (swimming pool, jacuzzi, saunas) at the Artiem Hotel, a few dozen meters from the entrance to the apartments. A very well-equipped kitchenette, a large, comfortable table, and worktops. Quiet room (at a last floor, overlooking the interior courtyard). Very helpful staff – they quickly responded to my complaint about a non-functioning hotplate (due to a blown fuse). They recommended an affordable car rental from a company partnering with the Artiem Hotel. After check-out, upon request, they took care of my forgotten food kit and stored it in the reception refrigerator until baggage claim. I received answers to all my questions through booking.com message system, although with a delay of several days. A nice surprise upon arrival, including drinking water in a large glass bottle.

  Disliked: The area is not very pleasant for walking in the evening, but the advantages of this location outweigh this inconvenience. Paid daily towel change, free every 3 days, but only with prior confirmation via booking.com message system. Problems with parking nearby, even paid parking. Not a very interesting view of the inner courtyard.

  Liked: Very comfortable and good design. Well dressed.

  Disliked: Lack of tools for cleaning the apartment. No kit like salt, oil, sugar and the minimum to survive before visit a supermarket.

  Excellent stay, very charming staff and good facilities

  Liked: Really spacious, had everything needed in the kitchen, great shower. Access to the gym & sauna a bonus

  Disliked: Bit far from the center of town, poor quality hair dryer

  Slept well …very quiet…location just outside the centre

  Liked: Beds very comfortable. No coffee or coffee maker.

  Disliked: The decor was poor. Expected a bit more, a little bland
