  A quaint fisherman’s house overlooking the entrance tothe Port of Mahon

  Liked: Excellent location at the entrance to the port We received a hamper of Minorcan specialities on arrival, a nice touch Communication from the host team was superb Air conditioning is very good.

  Disliked: Although We understood that it was a fisherman cottage, we didn’t realize that it comprised 3 floors. Very narrow staircase made it very difficult to take heavy luggage upstairs.

  Really enjoyable stay

  Liked: The balcony and roof terrace were particularly nice with lovely views. The beds were really comfortable

  Disliked: The location was a longer walk to the old town and restaurants than we had expected.

  Amazing and very enjoyable

  Liked: It’s position was beautiful and relatively peaceful. It was very well equipped although alittle disappointed that the water was cold for a day, and a one missing beach towel. Very minor issues and did not spoil our stay at all.

  Disliked: The ground floor bedroom didn’t have any where to pop damp towels to dry. A towel rail would be very useful.

Actualmente, el acceso en coche hasta la propiedad está permitido únicamente para carga y descarga y para personas con movilidad reducida, debido a trabajos temporales en la zona del acantilado.

Los huéspedes pueden acceder para dejar equipaje y posteriormente estacionar en el aparcamiento público más cercano, situado a unos 5-10 minutos a pie. El acceso final a la casa se realiza mediante una escalera. Los taxis tienen permitido el acceso.

Se trata de una situación temporal y la propiedad ha sido revisada y validada favorablemente por un ingeniero geólogo.

*Important information regarding access to Fonduco:

Currently, vehicle access to the property is permitted only for loading and unloading, and for guests with reduced mobility, due to temporary works in the cliff area.

Guests may access the property to drop off luggage and then park in the nearest public parking area, located approximately a 5–10 minute walk away. The final access to the house is via a staircase. Taxis are allowed access.

This is a temporary situation, and the property has been inspected and positively validated by a geological engineer.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
