  Extremely peaceful

  Liked: Extremely peaceful. No music by the pool. Beautiful breakfasts and gardens. Lovely staff. A truly restful break. Really exceeded expectations. Would return. Also loved the tortoise that roamed the gardens.

  Disliked: Ants in the room. Appreciate very hard to control. Everything else was perfect. Just a lovely environment.

  Lovely hotel in walking distance to beautiful Es Castell

  Liked: Great place. Lovely old building restored and nice location

  Disliked: No staff in property so you need to be happy with WhatsApp communication when you arrive. Also let the hotel know if you need to leave relatively earlier regarding breakfast.

  The stay was peaceful and bliss, everything we were looking for

  Liked: We had an amazing stay here and the property was beautiful. The grounds were really nice and the room was perfect for a 3 night stay. It also had ample parking, we had many spaces to choose from.

  Disliked: The one and only downside we experienced here was that because our room was the first room on the ground floor. We could hear noises from the resteraunt downstairs at night. And we had loud noises outside the room when a group of guests were checking in and cleaners were outside the room early in the morning. It just disrupted our sleep a bit.

  A charming small country hotel

  Liked: A charming historic building in a lovely setting with great views and pretty gardens. Comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice of fresh fruits, cheeses, pastries, breads etc. Miguel on breakfast duty was always welcoming and helpful. The pool is a relaxing spot with plenty of sunbeds and parasols. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and left our room spotless each morning. This hotel has lots of potential.

  Disliked: Our superior twin room was simple, the bathroom rather tired. There are steps and steep slopes involved to access the hotel, rooms and pool. The pretty shady gardens do not have sunbeds for those who seek shade away from the pool. There are no staff available pm or evening and there is no staffed reception or bar. The honesty bars are fridges with water and a small selection of canned drinks. No wines or snacks available. Check-in is online with texts from the hotel asking for payment when we landed on the island. As I have been scammed before in Spain by fraudulent texts ostensibly from my hotel, I was not happy with this request. I called the hotel but got no answer. We eventually sorted payment with the manager. My reservation with Booking.com had said we would pay at the hotel. Perhaps some clarity in advance on the paying system would be helpful.
