Amazing hotel, with fabulous staff in a great location
Liked: The hotel was very central for old town Malaga, the marina, shops and restaurants. It was really nice to be greeted by the door staff on arrival who helped with bags. Check in staff were really friendly, always a member of staff on the lifts. The room was so big and spacious, even though we had an inner court room, the view was still really nice from floor 11. Everything was clean and well stocked. The roof top was out of this world, the views were so beautiful.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn’t like about it, apart from check in took a while.
Excellent hotel in perfect location with lovely staff and rooftop bar
Liked: Lovely location for the old town and port - had a lovely room with a fab view of the harbour and cruise ships coming and going. Rooftop bar is fab and a great location to have a sundowner - theres a small pool but we did not use it. Like the security of the hotel and the lobby and reception staff were extrememly helpful, polite and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. There were 6 of us with 4 golf bags and they stored everything for us and got all out in the morning. We did not have breakfast but there were good Coffee facitilites in the room. The bathroom was excellent great walk in shower with lots of travel extras, good make up mirror and powerful hairdryer!!
Great location
Liked: Great location. Nice clean room with modern decor. Very comfortable bed. Good shower pressure.
Disliked: The TV wasn't a smart tv so we couldn't cast from our phones. It would be nice if the plugs beside the bed had a USB port. We weren't sure if the water beside the bed was complimentary or if we would be charged so we didn't use it.
Liked: Great location, very efficient staff, roof top view and pool size, safe place to stay, soundproof window (cannot hear the busy street at all), the balcony.
Disliked: The lift system, the room are becoming a bit shabby (especially the floors), no toilet brush in the bathroom... Roof top is a bit unadorned to my taste.
