Very good
Very good-after I changed rooms
Liked: Location.
Disliked: I wasn’t happy with the first room I was allocated. Although the bathroom was very good, the bedroom decor was tired and the room was very cramped and dark, with barely any room for luggage, and just a few coat hangers on a raíl. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful when i told them I wasn’t happy, and I was upgraded to a very nice and much more spacious room. The first bedroom can’t be made bigger, but something could fairly easily be done to improve the decor and facilites. New lighter curtains and better facilities and some shelving, for example.
Liked: Great location. Short walk to the main sights. Staff were lovely.
Friendly staff very comfortable great breakfast
Liked: Great location very central nice decor
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. I had a plumbing issue and it was quickly resolved and they let me move rooms. Nice breakfast and great location. Next to a lovely square with lots of restaurants.
Disliked: Minor things- no plug in sink. No milk for morning tea/coffee in room. If your a light sleeper consider room at the back as the road below is noisy.
Great boutique hotel in quieter part of the Old Town
Liked: A lovely hotel in a great location close to the Castle, Alcazaba, marina and lots of amazing restaurants and bars. Also just a fifteen/twenty minute walk away from the beach. Take your own towels as they hotel can't supply towels for the beach but we managed to find some 5 euro turkish towels which were great for a beach afternoon. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast was delicious. You order from a menu with approx six or seven types of breakfast ranging from full English, vegetarian, Persian, Nordic, Spanish or fruit, granola and yogurt with a croissant. We didn't realise until our second morning that we could have orange juice as it's not on the menu and you could also choose one of the break breakfast and also have a small bowl of fruit and yogurt so don't hesitate to ask. Our room was spacious with a huge tub in the room as well as big bathroom with a huge and powerful shower. It was very clean with good products for shower and hair. The hotel had a middle eastern restaurant on site which we didn't use but it seemed popular.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike
Very comfortable bed but in an awkward designed room
Liked: Breakfast was good and staff were v.friendly. Our room was very quiet.
Disliked: The room (204) was awkward with a gallery bedroom, and the stairs to it were slippery to climb for my wife who has bad knees. After getting out of bed you had to duck to avoid bumping your head on the sloping ceiling. No room for bedside tables. Only one bedside light.
