Exceptional
Lovely apartment, great location
Liked: Location was amazing. Lots of lovely cafes/ restaurants close by and very near the metro/ beach. Apartment was super clean and easily accessible as there is a lift in the building.
Disliked: It was particularly warm, there is only air conditioning in the living room and the bedrooms were very warm. Air con couldn’t be left on all day as there was a bucket that you had to empty and I wasn’t sure how fast it filled up. The above neighbours are extremely loud until quite late at night/ early morning. I would have loved if there had been an actual coffee machine in the apartment for convenience in the morning with two young children.
Liked: Every thing was good
Liked: Older building but the apartment was clean and spacy, friendly neighborhood. There is a nice supermarket nearby. The bus stop just around the corner and the metro station quite close.
Disliked: Noisy neighbours upstairs.
Liked: Excellent location, very well connected, relatively close to the beach. All in all a good place.
Disliked: Smelled a bit of old building and it needs a bit of renovation. Did the job, but I was not amazed.
Cozy apartment in a residential area
Liked: Very clean, everything we needed was in place. We also requested a highchair for the baby, and it was already in the apartment when we arrived. Great location – close to the bus station, metro to the city center, and Mercadona for grocery shopping. The seaside is not far either. The apartment is cozy – we felt like at home. The mattresses were very comfortable, which is so important during a stay.
Disliked: As a family of four, we were lacking hot water from the boiler. There was no dishwasher, but that wasn’t a problem for us.

Liked: My friends and I stayed at this apartment for a week-long vacation in Spain, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, with a supermarket, bakery, and coffee shops all within walking distance. The bus stop and metro station were also very close, making it super convenient to get around. The beach was just a 10-minute walk away, and the district was quiet, allowing for a peaceful stay. The apartment itself was well-equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to comfortable sleeping arrangements. We really appreciated how well-maintained and clean it was upon arrival.
Disliked: The only downside was that we encountered a lot of ants during our stay, even though we kept our food packed or in the fridge and the trash was always properly stored. It was a bit of a nuisance, but aside from that, we really enjoyed our time here.
