  Liked: Really nice apartment, good localisation, bus stop in next to road or 20 minutes walk to the Old Town.

  Disliked: Ony 1 towel per person for more than one week, we didn't get small towels for hends for example, broken toilet door, destroyed shower

  Disgusting apartment

  Liked: This apartment is a disgrace. Not only is it covered in mold which smells awful from you open the door but the hygenine is non exisitnat. The kitchen was stained without adequate cutlery and was filthy

  Disliked: The apartment flooded with water on our first night and staff were not available for 10hours.. The water issue was clearly not new due to mold and stains on celing and walls. We had to move the bed for safety and were not offered alternative accommodation or a refund. UTTERLY DISGUSTING DO NOT STAY HERE

  Disliked: Kt took hours for us to get the access code and it was 38oc. Cocktoach in reception area and adding charges for everything including 100euro deposit which you don't fet back for 2 weeks.

Good to know

Any damage or loss to the property caused by Guest, {including from smoking outside designated areas} will incur a charge that will be shared and agreed on during check-in. Damages will be charged to the (debit/credit) card provided at (the time of booking/check-in/check-out).

Confirmation of your reservation implies acceptance of the following specific conditions:

You must pay a deposit of €100 per stay and apartment.

The deposit will be fully refunded within 14 working days of your departure, provided that no damage has occurred and the apartment rules have been complied with.

The deposit must be paid at least 24 hours before your arrival date or your reservation will be canceled with charges. Reservations made on the day of arrival must be made as soon as possible.

Payment of the deposit outside this period carries a nonrefundable penalty of €40.

APARTMENT RULES:

1.- IT IS PROHIBITED to have parties in the apartment

2.- IT IS PROHIBITED to make noise between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.

3.- Smoking is PROHIBITED inside the apartment, building and terraces.

4.- IT IS PROHIBITED to throw garbage or dirty the stairs or the terrace of the

block.

5.- Access to the block, apartment or terrace is PROHIBITED to more people than

those listed in the reservation (including visitors)

6.- Respect the check in (entry) and check out (exit) times of the apartment (until

11:00)

7.- Be respectful, polite and courteous with neighbors.

8.- FORBIDDEN to cover, cover or disconnect video surveillance cameras.

9.- IT IS PROHIBITED to use towels or sheets outside the apartment (neither pool

nor beach)

Failure to comply with any of these rules will result in the loss of the deposit paid.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

A deposit may be required at the property.
