Comfy loft with a nice little terrace looking at the Alcazabar and the Gibralfaro
Liked: We had a nice little terrace, and although the property is in a busy area, our room (3rd floor, room 2), was nice and quiet. We’d happily stay here again.
Disliked: Having to walk downstairs to go to the toilet, which is a little difficult when you’re half asleep and have dodgy knees. But this might not bother younger people….

Disliked: Staff, cleaning, general lack of safety. Reception is mostly unmanned even during the day and I found a bed bug crawling on my body while I was trying to sleep. I immediately sent a message to the w.app contact with pictures. Admittedly, they cleaned the room and changed the bedsheets. They also offered me to move to another room but it was on the ground floor and too close to reception. I wish they had been more careful and thoughtful with cleaning in the first place. I must admit it's the first time I find myself in this situation. Also, lots of beggars chasing tourists in the streets and, since reception desk is mostly unmanned, it doesnt feel safe
I got what I didn't deserve
Liked: It was actually a bad experience from my past that the host turned it into an opportunity to be helpful, gracious, generous, compassionate. I got there the wrong night, the one after the reservation. My room was for someone else. The host told me don't worry I have a place for you. He setup the terrace area nicely so I could sleep there. I had a wonderful rest. To bad I didn't get his name. Thanks a million!!!
