Liked: Well equipped, spotless apartment, very close to the old town but still in a quiet area. We were impressed with how clean this property was, also towels smelled nice which is always a plus. Located in a block of flats, so some noise from the neighbours on occasion, but that is to be expected and the neighbours were generally quiet. Fully equipped and some nice extras such as coffee, tea, oil, some spices, etc available. Plenty of towels and toiletries provided as well. Bed and pillows comfortable, although bed feels quite flimsy and at times we worried that it might broke when we were turning in our sleep lol There is a little terrace that looked nice, although we did not use it. Very good communication with the host, very responsive. The included parking space is a big plus, however due to the position of the space, parking would be extremely difficult in a big car, it was OK for the Fiat Punto we had.
Disliked: A bit of a hiccup prior to arrival as I had to change the number of guests from 4 to 2. Went back and forth with the host as he was over complicating it and I had to cancel and rebook in the end. Host was insisting not to cancel, I knew there was a slight difference in price, just to realise that it was in fact 100 euros difference, hence why he was adamant not to cancel and rebook. I did not like this, but too late for me to book somewhere else something to tick all my boxes. The positive was that the attitude from the host remained positive after this. Flat was quite chilly in the evenings, air con did not really help so maybe an electric heater would do the job. Slight sewage smell coming from the bathroom, but I noticed that this was a problem in the whole block of flats, so not a lot the host might be able to do about it. No information provided regarding the garbage, there is a bin for recycling but clear information would be helpful.

Liked: Loved the location just a short walk to some great bars and restaurants aswell as the shopping street. And close to a lot of historical sites. And the communication with host Sergio was easy and swift.his father let me in to the apartment and explained everything. The apartment itself was spotless and had everything you needed.
Disliked: There was nothing really that I could fault.
Liked: Very nice and spacious apartment, everything is clean and well equipped. They had everything we needed for the laundry, making coffe, breakfast... Great location, less than 10 minutes walk to Catedral de Malaga and yet, you are in the quiet neighborhood. Host is very kind, responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.
Liked: The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay.
Disliked: The floor should be cleaner of dust.
