Pleasant
Over priced for what u get but location is good
Liked: Access to the property was good and easy, Location was brilliant but the actual room was dreadful, very basic and small and not so clean
Disliked: Earlier on the day before check-in I was sent pictures via AYZ frailes cleaner of certain areas of room she had cleaned, but upon arrival there was hair all over the floor and shower, very off putting. Couldn't raise this as u are given the first half hour of entering the room to raise any concerns or complaints
Please take the recensations seriously, don’t do the mistake
Liked: Unfortunately nothing. The location was the only thing that was positive but it’s still not worth it. I feel I should have taken the recensions more seriously. Again, It’s not worth it. The weird thing also that they literally charge me for a dirty towel.
Disliked: Dirty, the steps, no contact with anyone, was completely left alone if I had questions.
Liked: The location is great. There is so many nice bar, coffee and restaurant in less than 5 minutes walk
Disliked: The vinyl floor is peeling. The stairs are dangerous. They have a terrace on the 4th floor, but it's not accessible. They charge 15€ if you want a code instead of going through their app to unlock the doors. The process to check in is overkill for nothing, it make you feel like your not trustworthy. the only window in our room had a lovely view on the hallway / stairs....
Liked: Everything
Disliked: Small room
Liked: It was clean and comfortable.
Liked: Excellent location, clean,we had the room that had its own bathroom.Bed was simple, but the mattress and pillows were good quality, ensuring good night sleep.Quiet street at the back, and good airco. The self check in system worked perfectly, meaning we could arrive late.
Disliked: The entrance hall and stairs were shabby, and a took attention when walking up to the room.
