Exceptional
Liked: Unfortunately, our stay did not meet the expectations created by the apartment’s excellent rating and the price of over €800. Although the apartment had some positive aspects, we experienced several significant problems during our stay: * The entrance door and key lock repeatedly caused problems, making access to the apartment unnecessarily difficult. * The shower was leaking and constantly running. * The toilet made loud flushing and running-water noises every 5–10 minutes. * The sofa and cushions were visibly stained and dirty. * The oven was extremely dirty and clearly had not been properly cleaned. * The refrigerator switched itself off, causing our food to spoil and having to be thrown away. * There was also an unfinished electrical installation on the ceiling, which raised concerns about the overall maintenance and safety standards. We reported these issues during our stay and expected a reasonable solution. Unfortunately, the management did not handle our complaints satisfactorily. Instead of offering an appropriate refund, they suggested alternatives such as an additional night, which was not a practical solution given our travel arrangements. We want to make clear that our criticism is mainly directed at the management and the maintenance of the property. For a property charging this price and advertising such a high rating, we expected much better cleanliness, maintenance and customer service. It is disappointing because the apartment has potential, but the overall experience fell well short of what was promised. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we cannot recommend this accommodation.

Disliked: Shower drains slow. Missing light fixture in living room. 1 roll of toilet paper wasnt enough for 5 people for 3 nights. No paper towel supplied.
Liked: Cozy, spacious kitchen, big smart TV, Air conditioning, great location.
Liked: We stayed just outside the city center. There were grocery stores nearby. The agent who rented out the apartment responded promptly and accommodated all of our requests. I recommend it.

A very convenient stay in Malaga
Liked: This apartment definietely exceeded our expectations. -Direct and immediate response from host via whatsapp, sharing recommendations and answering any questions we might have. -Very clean apartment -Comfort level to the maximum, the furniture the apartment has is very comfortable for 3-4 people. Providing a coffee machine, and kitchen utensils for cooking. -Location is excellent, in 5 minutes walking distance one is close to the center- with nice cafes in close proximity. -Parking is available at the building- but one needs to pay for it. We would highly recommend it, since it is almost impossible to find parking in the area and other options are much more expensive.
Disliked: The only feedback we would give is to add more kitchen amenities like towels, and maybe oil/vinegar to cook if one wants to do so, some coffee capsules would be nice- complimentary things that add to the comfort of ones stay and are highly appreciated.
