  A wonderful, memorable stay in a special place

  Liked: The property is deceptively spacious, and very well designed and equipped, with great attention to detail and thoughtfulness by Birgit, Alan and Yoann. Our family group of 7 included an older person with restricted mobility and a toddler, and the house was perfect for us. It is very well located, close to the municipal market and shops and restaurants, as well as to the beach. The El Palo neighbourhood is urban and residential, with lots of charm. Only 15-20 minutes from the airport by car and very easy access. Birgit’s welcome booklet and web-site are full of useful tips and information.

  Disliked: The only drawback (and this is just a minor detail), is that parking is a little complicated in the area. We had a large van and often had to park 5-10 minutes away and load/unload in front of the property. Unless you need a car, it may be preferable to use public transport or take taxis/uber.

  Ideal week in Malaga

  Liked: We have visited multiple places all around the world but this one is definitely special. All the things you can imagine that you might need on vacation are there. Location is just perfect. El Palo is a lovely district that just glows with Spanish vibe. Shops are nearby, local Market with fresh food is like a 2 minute walk, the beach is also super close. We were a group of 4 adults and 5 children and it was definitely comfortable for all of us.

  Disliked: Everything was just perfect.

  One of my grandchildren was ill but other than that we had a great time and happy to recommend

  Liked: Great property in a lovely location and the hosts were really friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We had a few problems and they were very empathetic and helpful and quick to respond to any questions Highly recommend!

  Excellent accommodation, warm, friendly & helpful hosts in a very authentic part of Spain ENJOY!!!

  Liked: This is a wonderful place to stay (Casa Valparaiso in El Palo, Malaga) Lots to see & do & good restaurants & good public transport nearby. The accommodation was top quality (everything finished to a very high standard - real attention to detail) & the hosts were extremely helpful with our queries which ensured that our holiday was a huge success.

  Exceptional

  Liked: Everything was perfect - contact with the owners, all the facilities, kitchen equipment. The house is very spacious, we were travelling in a group of 8 ( 4 adults + 4 kids), but the house would be able to fit in at least 1-2 people more. It's very good located - close to a bus stop ( and there are 3 buses that can take you to the city center), beach, shops, etc. I'd recommend it to everybody! We've had a great stay:)
