Exceptional
Dieappointing- pool is communal and 5 minutes from the property. Frequent electricity shortages
Liked: The Villa is generally very nice, spacious and well equipped. Location is close to everything with a short taxi or drive. You can walk to the beach or town but I wouldn’t recommend walking back as it is up a steep hill. The property was mostly clean. We were given a late check out which was appreciated and a member of the team also helped to retrieve a personal item that had blown from a balcony. Whilst the pool was not private, it was quiet and we benefited from exclusive use during our time there.
Disliked: On arrival, we found the electric gate would not open for the car. Thankfully the side gate was open so we could walk through. We entered the villa and found the jucuzzi water cold and dirty and the surrounding decking was also not clean. Responses to our attempts to contact management were very slow initially. We checked in on a Saturday and the jucuzzi wasn’t cleaned until 24 hours later. We quickly realized the swimming pool is not at the villa and instead is a 5 minute walk up hill. The advertising is very misleading and pictures make it seem the pool is directly at the property and does not mention that this is shared with all properties in the residential area. It was more alarming that we did not have a key to open the pool gate and were instead told to walk down an dangerous set of steps and a risky path to enter the pool from the opposite side. A member of our party then got stuck in a bathroom and the door could only be opened from the outside. Maintenance did come to fix this issue but not until the day before we were checking out. The property has electricity issues. Multiple plugs did not work. The power went out approximately 30 times over our 3 day stay and we had to continuously flip the tripped switches. This happened not only when we were using hairdryers but when only the kettle was being used and also when no appliances were being used. The team came to check this and said there was no issue but it continued to happen. Others issues include: -The aircon dripped and leaked water inside the villa. -The shower gel bottles provided were empty. -There was dirty marks on some of the inside walls.

Spectacular!!!
Liked: The place is massive! Sometimes you can get lost how big it is. Lot’s of space, amazing view and super comfy. We were 7 people but the house can easily fit double or even more. Probably best view in the city that money can buy! Super quiet neighbourhood, and again so spacious. Massive big screen TV in one living room and even a bigger one in the other living room. Has everything you want and even more.

Liked: The accommodation was perfect. All the amenities you could want the villa had. Lovely gates community in the hills of malaga. The hot tub was lovely and the property itself was everything we could ask for.
Disliked: Nothing. Everything was perfect.
