Exceptional
Location and staff support was amazing. They extended our check out till 2 pm and kept our luggage till 5 pm

Great location, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom
Liked: Firstly that’s its location. It is located right next to the quay and opposite of the main street of the old town. The beds were comfortable, you have a washing machine, dishwasher and cutlery. The property is large and is a great solution for families, nevertheless it needs a careful maintenance. If all the negative points would be fixed it would be a great place to stay
Disliked: We were staying at the apartment for three nights and were disappointed. This apartment was chosen particularly because of great reviews and I honestly do not understand the criteria of evaluation of other guests. When we entered the property we noticed the intense smell of fried fish in the apartment that wasn’t going away for two days. The light apartment on the pictures was definitely not the one that we got, because even during the daytime you needed to turn on the lights in the main room and kitchen area as the only window in there was located in the furthest bedroom. We were left some coffee capsules for the Nespresso coffee machine. However, that were not original Nespresso capsules, so they’ve been sitting too loose in the machine and you needed to play around for couple of minutes to let them „be accepted“ by the coffee machine and if you had some luck and they were not completely damaged after playing around you could get some coffee. The walls and appliances in the bathrooms looked really used, with marks of dirt that could be easily removed if you close the property for two days and just make the painting new. Also the mirror in one bathroom was roasted and there were some marks on the ceiling of the same bathroom which looked like mold. Although I have to admit that this apartment has also positive sides.
Liked: With the exception of some minor issues on the day of check in, everything was great. Hosts were very responsive and quick to fix said minor issues. Location was superb 👌
Disliked: Just some minor issues at check in with the door lock issue, safe not working etc. However, all rectified very quickly
Liked: Location was fantastic. Apartment was excellent.
Disliked: Shame there was no sugar sachets, few more coffee pods etc, maybe a welcome bottle of water or wine even? Little touches like that make a difference.
Disliked: Elevator wasn’t working for 2 days and we have to drag our bags on 6th flour
Liked: Great location, everything is in one step.
