Fabulous
Liked: Location, cleanliness, excellent communication with the host.
Liked: Nice, clean and bright appartment. There is a pool on top of the roof.
Disliked: Access to the apartment was very complicated, but the staff was very helpful over the phone. Parking was also not available, but there is paid parking close by.
Amazing apartment!
Liked: This apartment is modern, clean, stylishly furnished and in a very central location. It's a 20min walk to the beach or less than 10min into Málaga Old Town. There are lots of supermarkets and food places within a couple minutes walk. There is AC in the living area and the bedroom which is helpful because we had a child sleeping on the sofa bed. Large storage areas for clothing and also for toiletries in the bathroom. A full length mirror in the bedroom. Well placed electrical sockets everywhere and accessible Iron/Board, hairdryer and good quality toiletries and selection of towels for 3 people. Good WiFi and kitchen facilities. Large fridge and small freezer for use as well as a washing machine. Crockery is provided. Shower was nice and powerful. Lots of good lighting throughout including bedside lamps. Contact with owners was easy with regards to any questions I had. They also helpfully set up the sofa bed on request before we got there so we didn't have to stress about it late at night. TV is easy to use and we managed to get our Netflix account on it to watch movies.
Disliked: We arrived at 1am and struggled to find our way round a bit. It was dark and there are slopes and small steps throughout the main building that are not noticeable so we nearly tripped and nearly fell a few times. We didn't realise in the dark the pin code is to be put into the door handle but got there in the end. Once you figure it out it's actually quite easy and accessible. Along with a manual pin code, there is also an online key and a physical magnetic key which is helpful. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable for our son and he struggled to sleep every night. The pillows were also not very comfortable on both beds. The mattress was very good though, just pillows an issue. The toilet seat is a little loose and needs tightening. We were disturbed 2 days in a row about changing the battery on the door to get in. These were both unexpected visits that disturbed us, although both people were polite and apologetic -it wasn't ideal but not the end of the world.
Liked: It has a pool. Nice people there, they were always taking care of us by sms.
Disliked: The smell

Liked: Clean, spacious and a great location.
Disliked: The rooftop pool area is tired. Not really enough beds and the existing beds are hard plastic and many are cracked and broken.
Great location, a little noisy
Liked: The location of the apartment was great - really close to the historical centre. The apartment was well equipped and modern. Marina was a lovely host and really pleasant to deal with.
Disliked: The complex itself is quite noisy, banging doors and loud people - would remind you a bit of student accommodation. I found the bed a little hard but my husband didn't agree, he found it fine. Didn't use the pool so can't comment.

-From 22:00 to 00:00 EUR 30.
-From 00:00 to 2 am EUR 40.
Please note that bed linen and towels are provided (per person and per stay). For stays longer than 6 nights we offer an additional change of towels as a courtesy. For stays of less than 6 nights you will have to pay at the property for the following extra charges: 10€ per set of towels if required by the guest.
IMPORTANT: Makeup-stained or irreparably stained towels can be claimed by the customer for replacement. The cost is 10€/towel.
-It is not allowed to play loud music in the apartment out of respect for the neighbors.
-It is forbidden to deposit garbage bags in the common areas of the building.
-Please, always carry your keys with you. The trip to the apartment to open the door for this reason after 9pm will cost 25 euros. Guests must be careful not to lose or leave the keys inside the lock. In the event that this occurs, the cost of repairing the lock or copying the keys will be assumed by the guest.
- The swimming pool has daily opening hours that vary between the winter and summer seasons.
