  Disappointing stay due to the unpleasant smell, poor communication, and lack of consideration for guests

  Liked: The apartment was reasonably clean, and the location was convenient.

  Disliked: The apartment had a strong, unpleasant smell and felt very stuffy, despite being reasonably clean. There was insects in the kitchen. Communication with the staff was frustrating. It was difficult to reach anyone, and I was repeatedly redirected from one person to another. On my departure day, the cleaner arrived around 8 a.m., three hours before checkout, and disturbed me with noise while cleaning the corridors and outdoor area. I felt uncomfortable and rushed to leave.

  Hard to find

  Liked: Flat fine good value rooftop area very good

  Disliked: Impossible to find...TWO TAXIS dropped us at wrong location...many/ many instructions..too many..if it wasn't for guests already there we were struggling to find flat! Its a massive apartment complex with 2/3 entrances and miriad of corridors / stairs.once in,location for centre close.With all these "no one there" to let u in its always a problem

  4 nights in Malaga

  Liked: Location was excellent just a short walk to the old town area. Was also a short walk to the two tours we had booked. Good size for 2 people, 4 would be very tight. The mezzanine floor bedroom may put some people off.

  loved it and would defo come back in the future!!

  Liked: loved the location!! was great price and staff were so friendly!!

  Disliked: it apartment was quite dark but feel it was just the time of year! I also wanted to see what the pool would be like for warmer months but the rooftop was closed

Good to know

Please note that the swimming pool is shared with the neighbors of the building and you must respect the pool rules established by the community.

Please note that there is an extra charge for late check-in starting from 20:00 as follows: -From 20:00 to 21:00 EUR 20. -From 22:00 to 00:00 EUR 30. -From 00:00 to 2 am EUR 40.

Please note that bed linen and towels are provided (per person and per stay). For stays longer than 6 nights we offer an additional change of towels as a courtesy.

For stays of less than 6 nights you will have to pay at the property for the following extra charges: 10€ per set of towels if required by the guest.

IMPORTANT: Makeup-stained or irreparably stained towels can be claimed by the customer for replacement.

The cost is 10€/towel. -It is not allowed to play loud music in the apartment out of respect for the neighbors. -It is forbidden to deposit garbage bags in the common areas of the building. -Please, always carry your keys with you.

The trip to the apartment to open the door for this reason after 9pm will cost 25 euros.

Guests must be careful not to lose or leave the keys inside the lock. In the event that this occurs, the cost of repairing the lock or copying the keys will be assumed by the guest.

Check-in can be automated. A personal code will be sent to you on the day of your arrival.

-External noise (central location)

Due to the central location of the accommodation, disturbances from external noise (pedestrians on the street or entering their homes, neighbors, parties, or construction) may occur. This will not be subject to any compensation.

-Guest registration (required by law)

When traveling with minors, the type of family relationship must be indicated.

Failure to comply with this obligation will be grounds for denying access to the property and will not entitle guests to any compensation.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

A deposit may be required at the property.
