    Nice hostel for nice price

Liked: Very nice people. It's a place full of young people. The hostel is located a few minutes from a beach and shop express is right on a corner. You can use the kitchen tools, have your own place in a fridge a dry your clothes. There is a possibility to use a storage under your bed for your stuff.

Disliked: Kitchen is closed during night so you can't have your midnight snack:-D When you choose to (or have to) use the upper bed there is a ladder and that might be a problem for not so well fit people.

Sweet, Sour & Somewhere in Between

Liked: I stayed here in September, and overall, I think the location is one of the best things about the hostel. It’s ideal if you want to stay somewhere away from the crowds and busy city center, while still being only around 10–15 minutes away by bus. The bus stop is also very close to the hostel, which makes getting around really convenient. I especially liked being close to the beach — because the hostel is away from the busy areas, the beach can feel almost like it’s your own, which was really nice.

Disliked: There are quite a few things that could be improved. The biggest issue for me was the ventilation. The rooms can feel very stuffy and have a noticeable humid smell. There is only one AC unit for a room with 14 bunk beds, which doesn’t seem sufficient, especially because there isn’t really a good way for the air to circulate throughout the room. The same issue applies to the bathrooms and kitchen, which can become extremely hot and stuffy due to the lack of proper ventilation. The air feels trapped, making it quite uncomfortable, especially when taking a shower or using the bathroom. At times, the lack of fresh air can even make you feel nauseous at times. The towels are available to rent for €3, but unfortunately, the towel I received also had a humid smell. This may be related to the overall humidity in the environment or possibly how long the towels are left after washing. I also think the hostel could benefit from more detailed cleaning. It is generally clean, but it feels like some areas and corners need more attentional. A deeper, more thorough cleaning throughout the hostel would make a big difference.
