Excellent
Liked: The hotel was in a central location, with a beautiful rooftop terrace and pool. The only downside was that the pool was absolutely freezing! Everything else was great. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. They gave us some excellent recommendations for local restaurants and places to eat nearby, which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay again.

Liked: We liked everything, staff, location, bed, spa n roof top pool. Really was a great place to stay. Very rarely give a 10 rating but this place was perfect

Quality hotel in a great location
Liked: Amazing quality hotel in a great location - great for exploring the old town. The attention to detail is excellent at this hotel- cava, water and sweets on arrival; lovely robes, extremely comfortable bedding; great bathroom toiletries, spa, rooftop pool with ample sun loungers and bar area- perfect for watching the sunset.
Disliked: The only disappointment was that I was charged £50+ more for my booking than I had been promised on Booking.com, something I am trying to resolve atm. So do be careful to secure your agreed price! Also the room service was a little hit and miss as we needed to ask for the basics to be replenished- this was quickly resolved when we asked.
