Guest reviews
Very good
For one night it was okay
Liked: Location good
Disliked: Bathroom and toilet not clean
Some details to be corrected
Liked: The cook should learn to mzke scrambled eggs
Disliked: Only 2 elevators for 200 roomd. One was permanently out of order. The other was mzking alarming noises.
Liked: Location was fantastic.
Disliked: Fire alarm late at night. No contact from staff to say all ok.
Liked: The room Ceiling was dirty
Disliked: The staff at reception charged £10 more for the room £166 rather than the booked rate of £156 Finally I had to pay Euro 181
Liked: Location and very good breakfast. Kindness and professionality of staff. Rooms cleaned everyday.
Disliked: Pillows very uncomfortable as they were to high which made It very difficult to sleep. Voices in the corridor on the first floor every morning at 7.30. Chairs and tables in the breakfast area not enough clean after being used by previous customer.
Super location
Liked: The staff were very helpful and nice. Location was super in the city centre close to everything. There was a big TV screen in the lobby which was nice to watch some football matches at night.
Disliked: The hotel was a bit expensive for 2 stars hotel. The quality of breakfast was good but it would be better if they changed the dishes a bit from day to day as I stayed for 4 days and the breakfast didn’t change. I also noticed some small insects in the bed not sure from where they come from, I called the reception to change the bed sheets and they thankfully did that immediately.
