Very good
Liked: Location very good, close to the beech and walking distance to the metro. Nice area.
Disliked: Room too small for two people with luggage. Too little space to move or to place luggage.
Small, but clean room for couple
Liked: Clear and bright accomandation, big bed. Very good location - near to beach and 15 min. by walk to the city centre.
Disliked: Missing balcony (only tiny path - not suitable for sitting), tiny walls. Shared kitchen was always occupied.
Great place to stay on a short trip to Malaga

Disappointing experience and poor customer service
Liked: The place was squeaky clean, the kitchen and common areas smelled good and fresh. The location is close to a bus stop to go to the airport
Disliked: I stayed here for just one night before catching a flight from Málaga Airport, and I expected at least a basic level of comfort and functioning amenities. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start. The Wi-Fi password provided in the instructions didn’t work, and neither did the QR code for a supposedly faster connection. I tried emailing the address they had provided for submitting my passport photo, but received no response. The only way to communicate with the property was through Booking.com messages, which I was only able to access later that evening. Eventually, the manager sent me the correct Wi-Fi password, which differed from the one printed in the instructions by just one character. This could easily have been avoided with accurate information. However, the biggest issue was the lack of hot water. When I informed the manager, I was told to wait for the hot water to accumulate because I was using it during peak hours. An hour later, there was still no warm water, so I had no choice but to take a cold shower. The following morning, I left around 7 a.m., when no one else appeared to be using the bathroom, and there was still no hot water. What made the experience even worse was the poor customer service. Despite these issues with basic amenities, no effective solution was offered, nor was any compensation provided for the inconvenience. For a property accommodating travelers, especially those staying overnight before an early flight, reliable Wi-Fi, hot water, and accessible communication should be basic standards. Unfortunately, this property failed to meet those expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again.
Authentic place with reasonable price
Liked: Locations is really good if you want authentic Andalusia experience - lots of cheaper cafes, restaurants and bars, however, it's best for you to speak Spanish at least a bit, since most locals don't speak English Rooms were comfortable, facilities also mostly good The property was cleaned daily, and the staff was nice
Disliked: Would be nice to have at least a small electric stove, since there's only a microwave available, and you can't cook much with it.
