Fabulous
Liked: Nice location,in the heart of the city.
Disliked: I think they could do better with the pillows.
Dirty apartment with cockroaches, unwashed bedding and unhelpful owners
Disliked: Our stay was extremely disappointing. The apartment was dirty, and we found cockroaches crawling on the walls. There was no clean bedsheet for our child’s bed, and the spare sheet in the wardrobe was dirty and covered with someone else’s hair. We immediately contacted the owners and provided photographic evidence of the cockroaches. Instead of taking responsibility and resolving the problems, they made excuses and disputed our complaints. We requested clean bedding, an additional pillow, disinfectant and toilet paper, but our requests were not properly addressed. The owners were unhelpful, dismissive and rude in their communication. Nothing was done to properly resolve the hygiene issues during our stay. This level of cleanliness and customer service is completely unacceptable, especially for a family travelling with a child. We felt uncomfortable staying in these conditions and would not recommend this apartment to anyone.
The apartment was in an excellent location. It was good, but has the potential to be very good
Liked: Location was excellent. The property is a few minutes walk from the city centre and from the sea. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable and there was a very good shower.
Disliked: The property was not very well equipped. There was only one coffee cup and there were no wine glasses. The host said they would bring more cups, but this did not happen. Sheets were only provided for the bed (two guests does not necessarily mean two people wanting to share a bed), though the host did bring more sheets promptly the next day. There were none of the things you normally find on arrival, such as salt and pepper or a bottle of water, while the bathroom only had a tiny (single portion) shower gel.

Liked: Great location everything we needed for a few days in the centre of Málaga, easy access and instructions, clean, air conditioning, plenty of crockery for our needs, short walk to all the sites.
Disliked: Failed to get the shower in one of the bathrooms to provide warm water
I would happily return to this apartment
Liked: The location was perfect
Disliked: Two small toilet rolls for two people for one week is not enough nor were there any toiletries apart from one small sachet of shampoo and one shower gel
Liked: I recommend it 100%. Clean, spacious.
Disliked: No hand soap, dishwashing liquid, or sponge initially, but the owner provided everything immediately after our message.
