Disliked: WiFi didn’t work at all…. It took 3 days for them to give us some sort of WiFi that worked but even then the tv would just keep freezing they even tried to blame us saying the plug was out well obviously we rebooted it and it didn’t work so took the plug out again! They overcharged us for an additional guest saying they would be providing us with amenities for that extra guest even though we were still well within the allocated amount of people allowed in the apartment. There was no such amenities provided so we felt robbed as it was £150 per person when we had already paid nearly £2000. Two of the toilet door locks didn’t work they fixed them on the 4th day of our stay. The air conditioning is old and very mediocre. Two rooms had an adequate unit the three others were practically non existent which made the nights difficult. Lots of little issues made the stay difficult.

Liked: Hi, we wanted to say thank you. We rented two apartments and are extremely happy with the apartments and our stay. They are located very close to the Old Town, so it takes just 4–5 minutes to stroll over there. The beds were wonderful.
Disliked: There is nothing negative to point out. We were extremely pleased with our stay.
