Exceptional
Lovely unit in a great location
Liked: Great location Great sized unit Had good kitchen facilities and great shower
Disliked: Could be a “me” problem but I had issues with the Nuki app to initially access the unit. Alex was quick to respond and let us in remotely. On our arrival @3:30, the cleaners had not been, again contacted Alex and he was straight onto it. It was a bit inconvenient as we couldn’t have a shower and relax after a day of travel, but we went and wondered about until we were advised the unit had been cleaned. On our departure day we were granted a slightly later checkout which was very much appreciated.
Liked: Very clear & helpful with entry instructions. Clean apartment, well furnished and comfortable. Very central location.
Disliked: Nothing.
Great!
Liked: Central location, clean and comfortable flat, fridge, good, sturdy door locks. Excellent communication with the host, very clear instructions, and fast replies. Overall, an excellent place to stay; I would highly recommend it.
Disliked: No complaints.
Liked: Fairly central and quiet, comfortable bed and sofa bed. Everything we needed.
Disliked: Nothing
Not worth the money
Liked: Extremely disappointing stay. We were given a different apartment from the one we booked, and it didn’t looked like the photos. The place was almost completely empty, with barely any furniture, no blankets, and almost no basic amenities. The bedroom literally had just a bed and a chair. Check-in was also frustratingly complicated and involved far too many steps. The apartment felt unfinished and absolutely not worth what we paid. I would not recommend staying here.
