Exceptional
Liked: Amazing property with all facilities, full kitchen, washing machine everything was available. Location is amazing right in front of beach.
Liked: The location and big terrace were amazing.
Disliked: It could be quite noisy due to constructions. Also if someone was showering in the other bathroom, you could hear it in the big bedroom.
Loud, ants but good location
Liked: Great location...on beach, walking to restaurants and bars. HUGE patio overlooking sea...more space than we needed.
Disliked: So loud from bar downstairs...windows must have zero sound insulation. Had read reviews of ants and didn't worry about it...only to walk in and place was swarming with ants. Not sure whybthey don't address that. Pillows were god awful amd was told no extras available.
We had a wonderful time. It was to short a stay. We will come back next year

We were disappointed at the service which we received which greatly impacted our holiday
Liked: The location was excellent
Disliked: On arrival we found a note on the door of one of the bathrooms to say Do Not Use Out of Service. As there was 4 of us it meant lengthy time getting ready which took up time from our holiday. We had purposefully chosen a property which had 2 bathrooms. On contacting the property management no effort was made to rectify this problem in the 5 days we were there. This negatively impacted our stay. We were offered 15% discount which after a number of emails have still not received!
Fab appt but disappointing customer service
Liked: Excellent location. V. Clean appt, amazing views of beach and terrace was superb!! V close to marina and 20 min walk to city centre.
Disliked: We were not allowed to use the ensuite bathroom during our entire stay and there was just a note on the door of the bathroom when we arrived. From previous reviews, i could see this was an issue for others since March but i was just told it was an insurance matter that hadnt bedn settled yet. It should have been mentioned prior to our arrival anc some discount offered to compensate, we were a family of 4 with 2 teenage daughters who booked 2 bathrooms in good faith. A bit of hassle trying to get code prior to arrival as we arrived in very late and wanted code before we departed ireland but it was very last minute. Great appt but disappointed with customer service.
