Exceptional
A perfect stay in a fantastic location!
Liked: We had a truly wonderful time here. The apartment is beautifully modern, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with every amenity you could possibly need. The location is unbeatable—just a short, 5-minute stroll to San Andrés beach and an easy, pleasant walk right into the city center. Highly recommended!
Disliked: Our stay was absolutely wonderful, so we really have no complaints! The only minor quirk was that the air conditioning control was in Spanish, which might be a bit confusing at first for non-Spanish speakers, but it certainly didn't ruin our great experience.
Liked: It was very clean and you have absolutely everything you need there so no need to carry extra stuff with you. Great location close to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants, city center is just 25 min walk but there is also public transport that goes directly to the centre close by the building entrance. Loved it!
Handy to the train station, great walk to the old town and quality digs in a quiet area
Liked: This host really understands travelers. The essentials were there and in good quantity (none of those silly little soap packets - proper soap, shampoo, conditioner etc, excellent facilities in the kitchen with plenty of cleaning products). Everything was well cared for and there was plenty of room to relax after being out all day. Great communicator and truly welcoming.
Disliked: This is not due to the provider - this is a Spain thing. I have now experienced in multiple apartments. The hot water takes time to come on. You can turn the hot water on and then brush your teeth. By the time you finish brushing your teeth, the hot water will finally be running. A waste of water but that seems to be the way Spain does things.

Liked: Great place to stay, not far from the Railway station, you can get there on foot. Very comfortable place, one of the best, with good furniture - you can place your clothes great equipment - washing machine, dishwasher, teepods, and other kitchen items. As well, it was great to have tea, coffee, oils, seasonings for cooking, and some candies. Can recommend for sure Great garden near and see beach

Overall a great stay we enjoyed very much!
Liked: The apartment is very modern and equipped with everything you need. It is at a great location, very close to the beach and small supermarkets.
Disliked: At some times it was a little noisy due to the inner courtyard, but only when the windows were open.
