Liked: The host was responsive.
Disliked: The WC flushing was broken. The shower drain had lots of hair from previous guests. We had to clean it ourselves. The room was very small, photos suggested slightly bigger.
Location was super great and very important for me
Liked: No breakfast option. Location was great and also the view from all windows.
Disliked: No hangers and NO place for them even if I brought my own. Women will never forgive you for that!!! Very small apt. and I knew it will be from the stated square foot total. When 2 people will open 4 suitcases (even if 3) total and put them on the floor there is no space to walk on the floor. Whenever the hotel room has sliding doors to inside walls (and this room had 2) you know the reason for that is that the room is too small to have standard doors. The main entrance door to hotel room felt like it was made of cardboard. Also NO toilet paper holder in bathroom. These small things, believe it or not are VERY important!! If you want to own a hotel you must spend the time to provide these small details!! Not much place for clothes.
Liked: the owner let us to leave our luggage before the check-in time. And he is the only of all where we stayed who speaks english.
Disliked: The room was so small that you couldn't open two suitcases. and it is quite noisy.
Liked: It was quite good in terms of price-performance ratio. The room was clean. Since it was a small studio, the kitchen and bathroom had everything you needed.
Disliked: It was a bit noisy.

Disliked: Bed linen showed worn signs. Not dirty but would worth to invest into new bed linen
Liked: Great localisation, balcony, air condition, well equiped kitchen, refrigerator in the room, wasching machine.
Disliked: There was issue with electronic door lock and we had to wait more than one hour for host. However he was very kind and helpful. There were two cockroaches.
