Great location
Liked: Fantastic location and a large room considering the price (Olam). Exceptionally clean.
Disliked: There was a light problem upon trying to enter so I had to use my phone torch to see as it was very dark even during the day.

Comfortable private rooms with shared facilities (2 bathrooms between 4 rooms), great location
Liked: Communication was excellent and the check in access was very easy indeed. Room was perfectly large enough, clean and comfortable. Amenities, whilst not used were good (fridge, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine). Complimentary (shared) shower gel/shampoo was a nice touch. 4 towels also great..
Disliked: The sound proofing isn't great, certainly you can hear showers and so on, but I knew what to expect for the price. These are individual rooms, with shared facilities. It is also in a main square, so you will have late evening/early morning noise. That goes with the territory of staying in cheapish accommodation that is very central.
Liked: Apartment was in a great location, exceptionally clean and great value for money. No complaints with noise. Easy to follow self-check in.
Disliked: Sometimes the bedroom key code was temperamental - however overcome by putting in the code slowly.
Clean and tidy room with great AC in the very city center
Liked: The room was nice, with big bed and good working AC. The whole complex is very clean and it was quiet. The location is superb, very central and also close to the beach area (within a short walk). the price was a bargain as well. thanks.
Liked: Central location, very close to the old historic center, Picasso museum and Alcazaba, which are some of the main sights. Everything in walking distance. The rooms are furnished new and stylish. The commom kitchen and bathrooms had all amenities you could need.
Disliked: The rooms were fairly sound proof across the wall toward each other, but not the door toward the corridor, so you could hear when people arrived late to the neighbouring rooms and walked the corridor or used the bathrooms. So a bit noisy at times. It really depends on if the house is full, who are your neighbours and when your neighbors come. I guess it was much more private anyway compare to a hostel, but did not reach the privacy of a hotel room, and the price was exactly half-way between, so it was value for money overall.
