The perfect location in a top hotel!
Liked: Friendly helpful staff. Clean room with all the required amenities. Frequent cleans during the stay. Breakfast variety was good and attentive staff refilled anything that was run out in the breakfast stand. The luggage store was a big stand out point for us. Staff speak good English! TV was great and could screen share from my phone with no difficulty. Location was absolutely brilliant with great access to public transport, takeaway joints and bus/train station. Love the little kitchen area in the suites with the microwave and mini fridge so we could prepare little meals at the flat for cosy evenings!
Disliked: Only one working life for the entire stay (6 days) and no clear indication it was being fixed.

Liked: Staff are the backbone of this old but a functional hotel. They had a smile and a will to help every time which made the experience memorable. Thank you team
Liked: The location was good, near El Corte d'Ingles Shopping Centre and a short walk from some nice cafés and the room was bright with two big windows overlooking an old church building
Disliked: A lot of dust in the room and the telephone and seating area and counter beside the bed needed cleaning. Also, I am not a fan of barking dogs or pets of any description in a hotel or in hotel rooms.
