Very good
Ok for few nights
Liked: Communication was easy. Check-in was easy. Air conditioner worked well. Apartment was clean. Shower was good, but there was only hand soap and shower gel. The washing machine worked well, but you need your own detergent.
Disliked: The place has bad sound insulation: it was difficult to sleep because of the noises at nights from the streets, above or in the adjacent apartments. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable: I struggled to sleep and my back hurt after it. So, the room is suitable for 2 people only, who can sleep on the bed.
For two for a short period of time - great. For a family and for a longer period, it's not so comfortable
Liked: The apartment is spacious. Self-service check-in is very convenient. There's a coffee machine with capsules.
Disliked: It was very uncomfortable to sleep on the sofa. There was no closet to unpack the suitcase; there was only a hanger, which is in the photo.
Liked: The location was great, the room was clean. There is a kitchen to cook a quick breakfast.

Liked: Location, excellent kitchen facilities, comfortable bed.
Disliked: Sofa bed is collapsing. Aircon unit leaked water onto the floor (and the sofa bed, water marks on the wall indicate this wasn't the first time). Floor wasn't clean, and there were other people's rubbish under the bed. Psychologically, the door opens directly onto the street, and the fact that it can be remotely felt weird.

Liked: Checkin: remote opening, keys inside. The owner doesn’t reading WhatsUp nonstop, so writing isn’t enough. A short call solved the problem. After that everything is ok
Clean and good value for money
Liked: Very spacious, modern decor. Very clean. Great customer service via WhatsApp.
Disliked: Street was quite noisy. The kitchen sponge was not new it was already used which gave a bad impression as this is very cheap and simple to change between guests.
