Disliked: We didn’t like the fact that the clothes hanging rail was right next to the TV and not in the corridor as should in room photos. The bottom sheet was too small and wouldn’t tuck in and kept rucking up under me in the night which was uncomfortable and awoke me

Liked: The hotel is very well located and walkable to most of the attractions. The breakfast was very good. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I think the bedroom needs a new paint, specifically the bathroom.
Good hotel
Liked: A comfortable hotel with nice facilities, clean rooms, attention to detail and a great, walkable location.
Disliked: Unfortunately, our stay was let down by a staff at Lolita Bar, who identified himself multiple times as the supervisor. He was rude, arrogant and patronising, reprimanding us like schoolchildren for moving to an empty corner table despite the terrace being almost empty. He claimed the table was for a larger group, although another couple occupied an identical table nearby. He dismissed this as his colleagues’ mistake, repeatedly asserted his supervisory role and rudely demanded our room number. When we requested the manager, he returned to question what we wanted to tell them. The shift manager handled the situation professionally, apologised and offered complimentary drinks, which we appreciated. The “supervisor” himself never apologised or even said anything when we left. A supervisor should set the standard for hospitality. His behaviour demonstrated the opposite—a level of disrespect that has no place in a five-star hotel
