Liked: Very clean safe, snd close to the city center. The staff is very helpful snd friendly.😊
Excellent stay..glad we chose caleta homes
Liked: The location, the facilities and amenities, the cleanliness, the staff support everything was great. It is the first time we had seen 1 bed with two bathrooms each having a shower area. The apartment was 10-15 min walking distance from literally everything worth seeing in Málaga. We had the narrow street facing room and it was very good. The electronic door locks took a while to figure out on day1, but worked brilliantly afterwards and saved us the key carrying hassle. It is a bit unusual but caleta made it very clear that the reception area (where we dropped our luggage for a little excursion after our arrival) is not in the same place as the apartment. Once It was ready the staff informed us, and It was an easy 20 min walk away. We were ok to do that with one suitcase.
Disliked: one night some neighbours sat in the ground floor fountain area and had a loud drunken conversation for a long period. We reported and The staff asked us which number apartment they were, but we didn't know unfortunately. Appreciate staffs concern though. Unrelated to caleta homes, I suggest not using Uber food delivery as it's location is not accurate and we lost our first delivery.
Very much recommend this hotel
Liked: Excellent location. In walking distance to historic sites, restaurants and museums. Communication with the staff was outstanding. Keyless access through an app was new to us but worked very well. Cleaning staff came in after we left which was preferred by us.
Disliked: Without rolling down the blinds, our room would have been visible by any other guest walking by. So the blinds were down all day and night. Sheer curtains would have added to the ambiance.
Liked: Really nice apartment in a great location.
Disliked: Check in time of 4pm seems very late and room wasn't even ready until after 4pm. Sent a couple of messages in advance hopeful to get in a bit early as our flight was in the morning but do understand sometimes this is not possible. Disappointing not to get in on time though.
A clean, comfortable, and well-equipped apartment with everything we needed for a wonderful stay
Liked: We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was exceptionally clean, well-appointed, and had everything we needed, including two full bathrooms, a refrigerator, washer, and even a dishwasher. It was lovely to come back after a day of exploring to a large, comfortable bed and a separate living area where we could relax. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!
Disliked: The door lock was a little tricky, but once you figure it out. It worked fine. Just takes patience.
It ruined part of our vacation
Liked: The location and aesthetics, but nothing else.
Disliked: There were many serious issues: 1. There were insects in the room, found in 3 separate days. Undee the bed and the furniture. 2. The other people in the building were extremely noisy at unreasonable hours (midnight, 4 AM, etc.), with noone from the accommodation to enforce the silence hours, which were clearly stated in the house rules. 3. There was a very serious data breach at the hotel website. A third party stope our data from their website and contacted us on our WhatsApp, immediately after checking in, requesting us to click a link to complete the check in. As it sounded plausible, since we have just checked in, we clicked the link. The scam was genuine, having to cancel all our cards immediately after realizing.
Good to know
The apartment has remote access (it is not necessary to stop by the office to collect the keys). 24-hour remote access.
The apartment is in a private building, there is no reception/staff on site. Before arrival you have to 1) complete the online check in and 2) pay the security deposit online, refundable 3-4 days after check out.
Only once the apartment is ready/available we will give/share the keys. If you arrive before 16:00 you cannot go straight to the apartment. You are welcome to come to our office and storage luggage here while the apartment is ready.

While daily cleaning services are not included, we ensure your comfort with a final cleaning and an additional cleaning every 7 nights.
