Liked: Really cheap and simple. No complaints

Overall, good stay
Liked: Good size room, with AC which helped a lot with sleeping over night when outside temp was high. Easy access to public transport (bus). The place is a bit far from city centre, but bus is just 2 min away and gets straight to centre.
Disliked: The only bad thing was the size of the shower cabin, very small.
Booking.com should treat people with disabilities with greater care due to its widespread reputation
Disliked: I contacted Booking.com customer service to complain that the guesthouse had no elevator and the room was on the third floor, which wasn't explained. I'm semi-capacitated and use crutches and sometimes a wheelchair. I canceled my reservation and booked another hotel through you.
