Fabulous
Adequate
Liked: It was clean, the bathroom was good, the bed was okay.
Disliked: The lighting is sooo white and bright! It was almost painful.
Liked: Clean room, late check-in possible.
Disliked: The room was tiny for 2 and there was a sewage smell in the bathroom when we used the ventilator. Quite far from the city so I wouldn't say it is a good value for money.
Terrible
Liked: We arrived our Kettle did not work in the room, no one could replace it until the following day that's just not good enough - Also the following evening the restaurant refused to serve us an evening meal which was so stupid because it closes at 11pm but we ordered two steaks the most expensive thing on the menu after waiting for them to lay our table and take our order which was about 10.40pm terrible service.....
Disliked: The attitude of the chef and waiting on staff also the fact a cleaner had not checked the the room properly
Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast across the road at sister hotel was good an
Liked: Very clean and bright room, complimentary toiletries, kettle tea, coffee and water. Kitchen in our room if required. Plenty of towels.
Liked: Close to the airport, very friendly 24/7 staff
Disliked: Small room, furniture a bit outdated
Great place to visit for a few nights in a calmer part of the city but decently connected by bus
Liked: Nice rooms, pretty clean, good AC, near the bus stop and 15min from Mercadona.
Disliked: Rooms are really tiny. If you have several suitcases it’s going to be a challenge to store them. There’s no wardrobe or drawers either so you cannot unpack.
