  We did enjoy our stay, but not completely, as we think some things can be upgraded

  Liked: Partly location, room size, it was clean, terrace while next room was free

  Disliked: WiFi was really poor, we ended up using our own internet even for messaging; there wasn’t hot water for showers, best case it was warm-ish, for some not enough to wash the hair (we visited during October); there were no knives, until our last day when one appeared, there also isn’t any place to cook anything, or coffee - if you like the pot coffee, since there are only 2 microwaves for any type of ‘cooking’; our room had terrace and it was really nice, but other room windows are on the terrace wall, therefore we couldn’t actually freely spend time there, or speak normally when other people are in the room; there was no soap for hands in one of the bathrooms, nor any hangers

  Liked: Very nice accommodation with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a shared living room and kitchen. The facilities are new and comfortable, with a spacious common area and a well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a Tassimo capsule coffee machine (capsules are not provided, this is to let you know which capsules to buy). The kitchen has a free water dispenser and some instant coffee. Each room has its own shelf in the fridge, as well as in the cupboard. About a 5-minute walk downhill and straight ahead is a large Mercadona supermarket. We got everything we needed there. It is not far from the city centre by car, but at the same time it is in a very quiet and pleasant neighbourhood.

  Disliked: The accommodation does not have its own parking, although Esteban told us that we could park on the street, I would be cautious about that. Although technically there are parking spaces in front of the house, they were always full (and we were there during the off-season, so it's the residents) The area is also full of one-way streets, so on the first day we spent 20 minutes circling around the accommodation looking for a place to park. Where possible, and where we ended up parking every time, is one of the side streets, here: 36°43'30.3"N 4°21'42.9"W (Calle Princessa Irene). The house was extremely cold. Although we had electric heaters in our room, we didn't leave them on all day without us there, as it's quite a fire hazard. There was no heating in the common areas. The house doesn't seem to have any heating at all. There is a fireplace in the living room, but of course we didn't have any way to use it and didn't even know how. In the end, we always had to endure the cold in the evenings and mornings, turn the heaters on full blast, and wait. We then carried the heaters with us to the common areas and didn't move an inch from them. I get it, it's a summer house and we were there in winter when the weather was mostly bad, but I'd still appreciate it if there was some kind of central heating, at least in the bathrooms. It would make the stay more pleasant. Otherwise, there's nothing to complain about, we enjoyed it.
