Fabulous
Overall good value for money
Liked: Modern, spacious and convenient
Disliked: The drain had a very bad smell
Liked: Location was excellent, very near the city centre. Decor was really nice, modern and clean. Nice touch having a few items of food and drink on arrival. Coffee making facilities too. We we able to check in a couple of hours early and they looked after our bags on check out day.
Disliked: only negative was that we couldn’t work out how to turn the air conditioning down, was a little cold, but better than being hot!
Not clean
Liked: Good location
Disliked: Not clean. Hairs on the bed and shower. ants and dirt as well. Staff said they would clean but did not come and didn't answer. Very bad experience
Liked: Great central location
Disliked: Room was a little cramped but fine for a couple of nights. I would stay here again
Loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer
Liked: The room was beautiful, comfy and very clean. Loved the SPA and the idea of your visit being private. The location was also perfect
Disliked: There were guests in the other rooms that had no consideration for others as they were very loud through the night, but this is not the fault of the hotel
Liked: Facilities excellent and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Key code for security was very good as then did not have to carry a key around. Very clean and good space within the apartment.
Disliked: Could become noisy at night as not soundproof and very echoey in the corridors.
