Liked: Very clean and tidy
Disliked: No complimentary mini bar in a supposed 5 star hotel charging 380 euros a night is not good. The reception area smelt very badly of cigarettes as there is a smoking area right next to it
Great value
Liked: We’ve stayed in the Vincci Hotel for about 4 days. I recommend you download their app to order customer service, pool service, and check out their city tours and any free tickets to near by attractions. I unfortunately only realized all of that the last day.
Disliked: The room was very dark, and barely any sunlight came in.
