It was a good location. Took 20 minutes to walk to the shops and a little further for the beach

Liked: Las actualizaciones en el apartamento, cuentan con las facilidades para las actividades caseras básicas, como cocina y lavadora de ropa, se disponía de productos de limpieza y de cocina. El sector cuenta con facilidades como supermercados y lugares de comida, rutas de buses accesibles y caminado el centro histórico está a 25 minutos.
Disliked: Una de las dos habitaciones no cuenta con aire acondicionado, condición que no se advierte en la publicación, y visitarla en verano no resulta agradable si eres un grupo que requiere utilizar todas las camas. Bajo mantenimiento de equipos de aire acondicionado.
Liked: We had a great stay at this apartment. The staff was very helpful and friendly throughout our visit. The apartment was equipped with many useful amenities, making our stay easy and convenient. It felt like a home away from home, comfortable, cozy, and well-maintained.
Comfortable and well-located
Liked: Good location, within walking distance of the city center. The place was clean and cozy, and it worked really well for a larger group.
Disliked: The property seemed freshly painted, so there was a noticeable smell at first, but airing out the rooms helped. Amenities were a bit limited, and it took some searching to find essentials like shampoo and body lotion. Nothing too serious overall.
Liked: The apartment was clean and spacious, and one of the rooms had an en-suite bathroom. It also had a fully equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, with good cafés and grocery stores nearby.
Disliked: The shower door leaked even when fully closed. There was also no clothes drying stand available for drying laundry after washing. If you plan to use the kitchen or washing machine, I would not recommend this apartment. During our 6-day stay, the electricity repeatedly tripped whenever more than one appliance was used, and we had to keep resetting the fuse. When we raised the issue, the owner kept saying it was limited due to energy-saving measures, but no practical solution was provided.
Well priced spot to feel like a local
Liked: Apartment is in a non tourist part of town so all the cafes are reasonably priced. There is a newer cafe around the corner that was very welcoming and well priced. Beds were comfortable and shower was hot with good pressure. Kitchen was adequately stocked. There are language schools nearby and this might be a good apartment for that
Disliked: The flip side of a non tourist location is that it is a 40 min walk to bus and train and 20 min from Picasso Museo. The apartment building has a lot of children that stay up until 23:00 so… The shower door leaked quite a bit no matter how careful I was
