  Liked: We liked the location, very close to the metro station, just a few stops from the center, nice restaurants under the building. There was a big TV in the living room and a big table for lunch, we were a group of 7 and we enjoyed our stay.

  Liked: Place was really clean, large rooms and well located

  Disliked: Problems with electrical junction box. Sometimes we had to reset the breakers as per instructions from the Wintowin Rentals. I didn’t have problems to do that but someone that has no idea what to do would be in trouble. The other problem is the hot water tank! Too small for the size of the apartment. We were 5 people and we could not take hot shower back to back. Just enough hot water for probably 3 people with a fast shower. The first garage card was not working at all. We ended up losing it inside the car’s dashboard and we reported it. We were charged for a new card which did not arrive on time but that is okay because we knew that in advance.

  A conveniently located apartment with great potential, but in urgent need of renovation and better pre-arrival cleaning

  Liked: For non-touristic purposes — located in a residential family neighborhood, modern feel, and refreshingly away from the tourist crowds.

  Disliked: The apartment is outdated and in poor condition. The kitchen and bathroom fixtures are rusted, doors are noisy, and the unit is in need of immediate, complete renovation. It was also very dusty upon arrival, and we had to contact support to arrange a cleaning crew the following day.

  Excellent location, quiet and safe area, comfy beds and spacious rooms

  Liked: There was someone to meet us at the property, as well as show us around and show us the main things to note. This was a useful touch from the host. The host was also flexible with some special arrangements, which we appreciated.

  Excellent

  Liked: Positioned perfectly, right beside the metro station. The bedrooms were really comfy. There are 2 really good restaurants right next to the appartment, and supermarket across the street. The balcony was also really nice!
