  Disliked: Here's a polished and professional review you could post: We stayed at this property for 12 days and, unfortunately, it was definitely not worth the price. The property is overrated and does not match the standard suggested by the listing. The decor and furniture are of a poor standard, the pillows need replacing, and the mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable. There was a significant amount of dust under the bed, and an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom throughout our stay. Basic supplies were not replenished, including toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, and trash bags, which was disappointing for a stay of this length. There were also several maintenance issues. The hot water boiler was constantly leaking, the air conditioning unit was very noisy, and on one day there was no water available from early evening till the midnight. In addition, the walls are in need of repainting and general upkeep. Overall, the property requires considerable maintenance and improvement to justify its price. Based on our experience, we would not stay here again.

  Liked: The apartment is spacious and perfect for four people or a family of four. It is near the centre and surrounded by supermarkets. The area is very quiet and peaceful.

  Liked: Overall it was a good place to stay, it had good public transportation, serviced by a train station to the main city of Barcelona and good local public bus. Sisi was pleasant and a great host. The unit was clean and safe. The price was reasonable.

  Disliked: The kitchen was a little bit outdated but well equipped with dishes and stuff I would recommend a better heating system for the living room area..

  Cozy apartment in Manresa (2 bedrooms + office)

  Liked: The house is old, but it is really really cozy. It has all you need for a pleasant stay and it is decorated with a lot of taste, which makes it ideal for a relaxing reading or even for telework! I would come back

  Disliked: Some windows are not easy to cover and you can have the impression that you are been seen from the outside. Also, the alley to access the property can be a bit creepy at night. But these are perhaps just impressions
