Disappointed for the price charged
Liked: It was central and close to where we wanted to be. Host tried to be helpful.
Disliked: I had a rental car. Parking was mentioned as available. However it took over two hours to pick up the keys for the apartment at one address, park the car at another address and walk with our suit cases across three blocks. The same was done at check out. No coffee for the coffee machine, old towels and a sofa full of cigarette burns. No soap for washing machine. Kettle not working. Absolutely no extras nor welcomes. Overpriced and not a great experience although Kevin did try. Paypal was not accepted to pay 20€ as they charge a commission. They are not set up for today’s tourist
Au centre ville, bien placer, spacieus et sympa
Liked: In the city centre, well located, spacious and nice accommodation.
Disliked: The information on booking website for getting the key was a disaster, the indicated location of the locker was good. No indication about which of the 4 lockers should be used, finaly we arrived at the appartement with a key of another appartement. Later on it seems that the house manager has send us before arrival the number of the locker and another code. Conclusion, adapt the information on the Booking page, give the right code and number of the locker or indicate "detailed information will be send to you before arrival "
Disliked: WiFi didn't work..
Scary and not great
Disliked: It was scary. There is no doorknob on the inside, nor any latch to close from the inside. There were weird sounds at night, it seemed like there were rats on the ceiling. The sofa had cigarrette burns.
“Comfortable, Cozy, and Welcoming in the End
Liked: We had some misunderstanding at the beginning of the stay as there was a language barrier between us being English speaking and them only speaking spanish. However, once concerned were raised they did accommodate for us to be able to have a pleasant stay. The bed was so comfortable, honestly I have to admit we slept so well. The water was warm in the shower, there was amenities and the TV had streaming networks. I love manresa and I hope that now we have come to a better agreement they would welcome us staying again in the future!
Disliked: At the beginning of our stay, we experienced a misunderstanding due to the language barrier. We speak English, and the hosts spoke only Spanish, which made communication a little difficult and led to some confusion at first. However, once we expressed our concerns, the situation improved.

Liked: It was very clean, the host was very nice and answered promptly. The atmosphere around the apartment was so peaceful. It was a beautiful stay
