Liked: A decent hotel with a good location and recently renovated

Disliked: We booked a room with two separate beds and specifically asked the reception staff to double-check this and make sure we were given the correct room. However, nothing was done, and we ended up having to make up the sofa bed ourselves at midnight. The service provided by the staff, especially the reception team and hostess, was extremely unprofessional and incompetent.
