Fabulous
Horacio is a great host, we enjoyed our stay
Liked: Horacio is a fantastic host, very kind and gracious. The location is great, you can easily walk to the beach. The area has multiple grocery options near by. The little patio out back under the orange tree is a lovely place for an outside dinner.
Disliked: The basement apartment is a bit tight for 4 people, the two single beds are old and not very comfortable. The pullout couch, was fine-but small for our two kids (12/14 yr olds). The basement overall smells a bit dank and unfortunately I think there is a moisture issue.
Liked: The really nice house is in beautiful corner close to the beach. It is a lovelyp lace and had more than I needed. Horacio is a very welcoming, gentle and helpful person! I love a bit of quiet time so October is oerfect as it is still warm but much less touristy.
Disliked: I guess some areas in Matalascañas with big apatment blocks are not really what I like, but most of the town is pretty, specially this time of the year when its quiet.

Liked: Location was great. Facilities brilliant. Lovely apartment for us four. Great to have washing machine and outdoor space. Very useful to have WiFi as hasmd no internet. Horatio was very helpful and welcoming. Loved our welcome wine and fruit
A wonderful and quiet place in the vicinity of the national park and the beach
Liked: The apartment has a separate entrance, quiet but very central. It's just a few hundred meters/ a walking distance from the beach.
Disliked: The space around the bed was a bit narrow but it was no big deal.
Superb
Liked: The accommodation (small apartment) was completely equipped, had enough room, and since we stayed there in December we appreciated that the apartment was warm and had good isolation and windows. There was even Netflix on the TV.
Great all-rounder
Liked: The outside seating area was great! Nice quiet place with everything you could need for a short(ish) stay.
Disliked: The shower could use some TLC
